FREE DIVORCE CARE MINISTRY: HELPING IN THE DIFFICULTY OF DIVORCE
Regardless of which side of the courtroom you are sitting in, divorce is difficult.
Coming to terms with the end of your marriage is a process.
Sharing children between two separate households is challenging.
The emotional storm can be unpredictable.
Wrestling with many hard questions can consume your thoughts and energy.
Divorce Care Ministry is designed for those individuals ready to participate in a nonthreatening, safe, confidential, and loving environment that promotes both personal understanding and healing.
This 13-week course is open to those not yet divorced, in the midst of the divorce, and divorced. Each week discusses a new topic and is not built on the previous week’s topic.
Local churches or organizations volunteer their building to host Divorce Care Ministry. A volunteer leader guides the group through the use of the Divorce Care Ministry curriculum and videos. Discussion time is provided; participation is not a requirement.
